FatherSon of Adam.
You are worth a palm.
Before cock crow,
Axe and hammer cry.
Vigor that invites game.
Likewise a hawk,
You protect rather than devour.
Rain or shine,
Your chicks can hide,
Feathers that stand the test of time.
Brow that fills cup to brim.
Envy they will, gnashing teeth.
Roar of lion, in the hinterland.
Ooh my Father!
From within your groin came creature?
Perhaps your rod and staff,
Shall comfort me in tears and groans
Polishing dusty ores,
Through burns and scalds,
You had the gut to be a smith.
With a standing ovation,
Shall we applaud the creator’s creature.

Legendary dadDowntown in a rush down
i felt all alone
he came to my abode
his company was like the crack of a new dawn
he is a legendary dad
He is a one-million man
he is always ready to bite the bullet
he makes me feel cool, calm and collected
though there are no celebrations
we daily eat the fattened calf
Though a pastor
he does not abandon the family
for the work of the ministry
he beats discipline to stupor
he is a legendary dad
This he kept to my mum
right from the day of wedlock
cupid is winged and doth range
her country so my love doth change
but change she earth,or change she sky
yet i will love her till i die
he is a legendary dad
How i need him more
he never makes me dull
he keeps ringing in my skull
he is a gift from above
sent directly from God
he is a legendary dad
He is an ambassador of justice
he is a determined merchant of truth
he is ready to destroy,
the economy of the collude order
compassionate words roll of his tongue
he is a legendary dad.
